GapFinder is an educational self-assessment. It is not medicine, it is not diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a doctor. Buy what you want, use it yourself, do not resell it, and talk to a qualified professional before you change anything that matters to your health.

The rest of this page says the same thing in more detail. By using GapFinder you are agreeing to it.

GapFinder measures the gap between how human beings evolved and how you actually live, across ten areas of life. It gives you a score, an explanation, and suggestions.

GapFinder does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Nothing in your report is medical advice. If something in your results concerns you, take it to a doctor. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency service.

You need an account to save results. Keep your password to yourself, give us accurate details, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You must be 18 or older.

We sell single mini assessments and three tiers of the full assessment. What each one includes is listed on the plans page at the time you buy, and that listing is what you are buying. Prices are in US dollars and payment is handled by Stripe.

Some tiers include a consultation or a physical book. Where they do, we will contact you to arrange it.

If you change your mind, you have 7 days from the date of purchase to ask for a refund, and we will give you one. That applies to all four assessment tiers. There are no conditions attached: you do not have to explain yourself, and it does not matter whether you have already opened your report.

Email mail@eric.ee within those 7 days and we will process it back to the card you paid with.

The Evolutionary Mismatch Coach programme is bought in two parts: a deposit when you apply, and the balance once we accept you. We review every application and we may decline one. If we decline your application, we refund your deposit.

Certification lasts one year from the day you complete it, and renews by monthly subscription after that. You can cancel the renewal at any time, and your certification then runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Certification is personal to you. It does not make you an employee, agent, or representative of GapFinder, and it does not let you speak on our behalf.

We may withdraw certification if a coach acts in a way that puts a client at risk or misrepresents what GapFinder is.

If you are matched with a certified coach, that coaching relationship is between you and them. Your results are shared with them only after you confirm it. Coaches are independent practitioners, not our staff, and we are not responsible for the advice they give you.

Your report may point you toward products and services from companies we have reviewed. We review every partner before recommending them, and we may receive a commission if you buy through us. A recommendation is not a guarantee: the partner is responsible for what they sell you, and your agreement for it is with them.

• •Share your account with anyone else, or sell access to it.
• •Copy, resell, or redistribute your report, the assessment questions, or the certification course materials.
• •Try to break, overload, or get around the security of the service.
• •Use GapFinder to give anyone else medical advice.

We own the assessment, the questions, the scoring, the reports, and the course material. You own your answers. By using the service you give us permission to process your answers to produce your results and to improve the assessment in aggregate, anonymised form.

You can close your account whenever you like by writing to us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and where we do that for something serious we may do it without notice.

We provide GapFinder as it is. We do not promise the service will always be available or that your results will produce any particular outcome in your life. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

GapFinder is operated by Catalystix Inc., a company incorporated in the State of Nevada, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and any dispute arising from them will be heard by the courts of that state.

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use GapFinder after that means you accept the new terms.
